We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the ParityDeals Services and materials for your internal business or personal use. You may not:
- Modify or copy ParityDeals materials except as permitted for integration
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Services
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Resell, sublicense, or mirror our Services or materials without written consent
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Kelviq, Inc. If you violate these restrictions, your license may be terminated immediately, and you must destroy all downloaded or cached materials.

6. IP Handling and Data Privacy
ParityDeals processes IP addresses to determine approximate location for geographical pricing. We store IP addresses and timestamps in a database to count unique visitors for merchant reports. We do not attach names, emails, or user accounts to these visitor-counting records, but IP addresses may still be personal information.
Customers can request that we disable IP-based unique-visitor counting by emailing hi@paritydeals.com. This does not automatically stop temporary IP processing for geographical pricing.
Our Data Processing Agreement review draft is available for discussion. A final agreement requires completed schedules and express acceptance; viewing the draft does not execute it.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Visitor-counting records are automatically deleted 13 months after collection, or earlier when the merchant requests deletion of their account or of those records. Operational and security logs are retained for 90 days and do not contain visitor IP addresses. Contact hi@paritydeals.com for backup details and to request deletion. We delete relevant database records promptly following an authorized request, subject to applicable legal requirements and lawful access or restriction instructions. Written confirmation may be requested.
8. Links
Kelviq, Inc. has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by Kelviq, Inc. of the site. The use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.
9. Site Terms of Use Modifications
